Right of withdrawal policy
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is 14 (fourteen) days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods or, in the case of partial deliveries, the last goods. In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us about your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear declaration (i.e. by online form, internal shop portal, email or a letter). We recommend to use our online form or the internal shop portal. Alternatively, the attached sample withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory. Your declaration should be sent to:

To comply with the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification that you are exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.
Consequences of cancellation
If you withdraw from the contract, we have all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs that result from choosing a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), to be repaid immediately and at the latest within 14 (fourteen) days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of the contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment. We can refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to your handling that is not necessary to check the condition, properties and functionality of the goods.
The goods are to be returned or handed over immediately and in any case no later than 14 (fourteen) days from the day on which you informed us of the cancellation of the contract to the following address:

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of 14 (fourteen) days has expired. You have to bear the costs of the return.
Expiry of the right of withdrawal
In the case of contracts for digital goods (i.e. downloads) that are not delivered on a physical data carrier, the right of withdrawal expires as soon as we have started executing the contract, after you have expressly agreed that we will start executing the contract before the withdrawal period has expired, and you have confirmed your knowledge that by giving your consent you will lose your right of withdrawal at the beginning of the execution of the contract. You consent to the beginning and confirmation of your knowledge at the end of the order process on the summary page (query via checkbox, set a checkmark) before sending the order to us.
